These Offer Terms and Conditions (the "Offer Terms") supplement the Terms located at https://away-travel.co/terms governing your use of the Services, as defined in the Terms. To the extent these Offer Terms conflict with the Terms, these Offer Terms will control. Any capitalized terms used, but not defined, in the Offer Terms will have the meaning given to them in the Terms.
Offer Description
Select products (each, an "Item") will be available at 15% off regular retail prices (the "Offer"), up to a maximum of USD $63.75 in value per order, upon entry of a valid Offer code at checkout. The Offer is available to customers who access the designated landing page via the QR code displayed at Amber Waves Farm & Market, located at 367 Main Street, Amagansett, NY 11930. The Offer will be displayed on the Site and applied to eligible Items in your cart prior to purchase. Sales tax, shipping, and handling are not included in the Offer. The Offer is not transferable, not exchangeable, not redeemable for cash, and void where prohibited by law. Away may revoke all or a portion of the Offer that it believes is the result of misuse or fraudulent activity and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or modify the Offer at any time.
Offer Codes
Each customer will receive one (1) unique Offer code (beginning with "FORA" followed by a randomly generated string of letters and numbers), delivered via the Site landing page and/or email upon sign-up. The Offer code must be entered at checkout to receive the Offer. The Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional codes, discount codes, or Referral Rewards. Evergreen promotions (including set discounts and Travel Uniform) are disabled during the Offer Period.
Product Exclusions
The following products are excluded from the Offer: Kids Collection, In Between Collection, Classic Bags, Featherlight, Aluminum, and Aluminum Edge. Additional exclusions may apply.
Duration of Offer
The Offer will be valid beginning August 21, 2026 at 10:00am EST until the earlier of (i) August 27, 2026 at 11:59pm EST or (ii) the date on which supplies are exhausted (the "Offer Period"). Supplies are limited.
Eligible Purchases
Any customer, new or existing, may redeem the Offer. Each customer is limited to one (1) Offer code. The Offer is good on qualifying new orders purchased through the Site.
Shipping
Orders placed during the Offer Period may take longer than the Terms currently provide to ship, depending on your order.
Returns
This Offer is not Final Sale. Products purchased using the Offer are subject to Away's standard return policy; provided that, if your Product is eligible for a refund, you will receive a refund only for the amount you actually paid for such Product purchased during the Offer Period. A redeemed Offer code will not be reinstated upon return of any order or Item.
